Milan comes to us from Hungary by way of Australia by way of KC by way of Hungary. He has been a fly guy for many years, and helped develop new approaches in our lab to study sleep in Drosophila larvae. He continues to do super cool work in this area of study, combining behavioral assays, genetics, connectomics, and more. Milan prefers instant coffee, and this is something that I just cannot understand. He also refuses to use block during IHC. But we love him nonetheless.
